In a video that has a whopping 306 viewings as of the writing of this post (one of those being mine, I'm sorry to say) the Premier says in his usual robotic fashion that he thinks Buffalo should be made into an honourary Canadian city.
Maybe then people won't have to travel there anymore for health care they can't get in Ontario.
Let's hope Dalton's video doesn't jinx the juniors. Go Canada Go!
